The Mission of the Northwest Traffic Safety Foundation To provide to the public a balanced enviornment in order to help implement a greater understanding of traffic safety.This will be done through providing a forum to exchange ideas, a clearing house for referrals, a supporter of better traffic safety legislation, a developer of ways to implement that legislation and a support of other agencies and individuals that offer positive instruction in traffic safety.
